For those looking to fill their freezers, we offer beef by the quarter. A quarter will typically yield 85-115lbs of boxed beef depending on processing instructions.
This method of ordering allows for the most customization because you may choose the thickness of your steaks, and the size of your roasts.
You may also choose to save some items such as bones for your dog.
Individual Cuts/Ground Beef
We do offer individual roasts and steaks on a limited basis depending on availability.
Ground beef is available most of the time with discounts on orders of ground beef over 10lbs. Give us a call or shoot us an email to order.
Delivery assistance is available on orders over $125.

Maybe you aren't ready to commit to a whole quarter at first? Or maybe you just don't have the freezer space for a whole quarter.
We have a box for that!
Our sampler boxes weigh 25-30lbs, and will contain an assortment of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. We can arrange to meet you somewhere convenient with your box of beef.
